• Heinz Canada appoints Elettric 80 to supply LGV technology
    Oct 22, 2008 – In November 2007 Elettric 80 had been awarded a contract by H. J. Heinz Company of Canada Ltd (Heinz Canada) to provide five Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) for its facility in Leamington, Ontario. The installation was completed in September 2008 and has an overall order value of €1 million.
  • Elettric 80 strengthens relationship with Ferrero via LGV-based solution
    June 10, 2008 – Ferrero, the world leading confectionery company, has awarded Elettric 80 with a contract to provide nine Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) for its plant in Alba, Italy. The solution will be deployed in the shipment area of the facility to increase efficiency and safety. The relationship between the two companies commenced in the late 1990’s following the installation of a number of robotic palletising cells in various areas of the plant. The system is scheduled to go live in December 2008.
  • Re.Le.Vi. Purchases LGV System from Elettric 80
    Re.Le.Vi., famous for their market leading household care products, like detergents, moth-killers and deodorants, have placed a new order for an extension of their Elettric 80 plant, which was installed three years ago.
